My name is Sam Zwonitzer, and I started Electro Husky due to the lack of good party music played at UConn. I don’t want people to get the wrong idea, however. I am a big fan of hip-hop, classic rock, R&B and to be honest I can enjoy a good song from just about any genre. I grew up surrounded by music, and I trust my ability to pick out jams. It comes to my attention every time I’m out on the weekends that people in Storrs really don’t know much about Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and House Music. I seek to change that by providing you with songs that you can pre-game to, rage to, dance to, fall asleep to, and even do your homework to. If my mission is successful, Electro Husky will become a dorm-room name not only in Storrs, but throughout the Northeast. Listen to the songs I post, and I guarantee your knowledge of house music will automatically grow, and that your iTunes library will be much better off because of it. All of this may sound pretentious, but I say these things because I truly believe in the genre, just like millions of other people across the globe. I bow down to those talented enough to make the music posted here, and I’m sure anyone who has heard their music live will share the same sentiment. I invite you into the wide and exciting world of EDM & House Music. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
I just wanted to say, you’re pretty damn inspiring to me. I’m just kind of starting out. But I’ve been checking your page the past couple of days. And I am definitely impressed. I hope soon my blog can grow at least a third of what yours is. Thanks for the good writing. 8]

Thanks man I really appreciate it, and I’m sure if you love doing this as much as I do you’re blog will have no problem growing. I mean I started less than 2 months ago, so I’m definitely pleased with how it’s developing. I am also definitely feeling the vibe on your page, and I’m always happy to hear about new-found appreciations for EDM. My best advice: Post music you love, regardless of how you think others will react. You’ll find that you are pleasantly surprised in most cases. I’m a EDM radio DJ in San Jose, CA. I came across this site looking for fresh and updated EDM music, and it’s now one of my favorite music blogs. Since most of the songs come with download links, I can easily access them and add them to my radio show. Keep up with the good music!
