By now y’all have probably heard this jam, but I figure I’ll post it anyway. The back story is this: Avicii asked what his facebook fans wanted for a reward when he reached 2 million fans. The overwhelming favorite was a free, original track from Tim himself. So the young and humbled Swede obliged, titling the release “Two Million”. Anyone who has seen Avicii in the last 8 months or so will recognize this as a track he has played in live sets multiple times, though it was always dubbed as an “ID”. Well, now it’s yours for the taking. Overall EHusky regards this as a solid Avicii effort, and more congruent with some of his Tim Berg productions. Get it below for free…

In their newest release, Third Party has decided to hit us with a bit of soul via Loleatta Holloway’s gospel-sounding vocals. Beyond that, this track is typical Third Party; ultra melodic, uplifting and altogether feel-good music. Coming off a huge hit in “Feel”, it appears as though Third Party is on the up and up. EHusky is in full support, and hopes that they continue to produce stadium-driven hits. We don’t really have any fears of disappointment, though…

In need of some smooth, tranc-like synths today? Look no further than Kryder’s remix of Vada’s “Neon Lights”. The only real information you can find on Kryda is very secretive, but he describes himself as a futuristic dance music machine, and we have to agree. Seemingly aiming to bridge the gap between trance and progressive house, Kryder has created a sound that will be loved by many. The minimalist drop is the kind of thing that really throws crowds for a loop in the middle of a set. But wait… There’s more. After powering through a second melodic build, this remix cascades into a huge, stadium-filling get-up that rivals David Guetta & Nicky Romero’s “Wild One Two”. Definitely do not overlook this jam…

Avicii is back with this majestic collaboration with Lenny Kravitz. This track was debuted during Avicii’s UMF 2012 set, and the crowd responded quite favorably. It’s a big-room anthem that uses synths conducive to the original Tim Berg style; a bit more dark and purposeful than most of the material released under the Avicii moniker. However, do not expect anything much different than Avicii’s normal cookie-cutter sound. For those who are his die-hard fans, this jam is a must-have. Otherwise, be on the lookout for some new material from Mr. Bergling. He’s been tweeting about finishing four original tracks this week. How’s that for some suspense? Maybe this will fill the void created by your anticipation.

Brass Knuckles and David Solano are names that are constantly floating around in the NYC DJ circle, and they’ve just gotten a great remix from Starkillers and Dmitry KO, a duo that never fails to please. This jam is a bit darker than their normal style, but still has that dance-oriented synth that is so necessary for a club banger. The drop reminds me of “Atom” with a splash of melody and some synth work. Overall, a very solid remix of an old track that is not so widely known. Let it bump…

Maison & Dragen are on a serious roll this week following their release of “Wet Dreams” on Zouk Recordings. Now, I invite you to enjoy their latest masterpiece, a remix of Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren’s “Starting Right Now”. They employ that big-room, festival-inspired melodic house that EHusky has come to associate with them, but then drop the track into a slightly heavier get-up than normal. Overall the song is a nice touch of familiar character and a peak at something new. Watch out for Maison & Dragen; they have truly been doing BIG things recently.

I guess after this one we know how JoeySuki feels about women, as well as partying. This entire track seems to paint the picture of those drunken nights that get a little bit out of hand. Starting off with a melodic build that is quite controlled and ultimately very happy, the track quickly takes a turn for the more chaotic end of things. Maybe this signifies that shot that put you over the limit, or all of the dumb things you said to the other people in the room that you can’t remember. One thing’s for sure, though: Listening to this song at high volumes isn’t helping my brain cells anymore than partying too much, but I can’t stop regardless. This is a JAM!

As Tommy Trash’s career grows, so does our love for the unkempt Aussie. I used to think of juicy burgers when I heard the words In N Out, but now all that runs through my mind is the fat and tasty basslines pulsing throughout this remix of Moguai’s banger “In N’ Out”. Yes ladies and gentlemen, Tommy Trash has done it again. I can only imagine how many times this track will be mashed up, bootlegged and edited into live sets in the coming months. Steve Angello’s brother (AN21) and his Russian compadre Max Vangeli have been bringing the heat to just about every festival that existed within the past few months. Working diligently for months and months, this dynamic duo is almost ready for their upcoming album release: People of the Night. The EDC NY crowd was extremely impressed from the sound of it, and we’re ecstatic about what’s to come in the near future. “H8RS” is their first single from the album, as well as a collaboration with Swedish House Mafia juggernaut Steve Angello. Steve’s acid house influences are certainly present, and the bassline and powerful synths carry a ton of weight and fullness for the duration of the track. H8RS is yet another signal that many mainstream producers and steering away from that predictable candy shop, melodic, simple house and moving towards some devilish electro thunder. We approve, and you likely will as well. Turn that volume UP.

My first question is: Why are these guys not more famous? Primacy Funk, consisting of three people from Holland and Norway, has dubbed themselves the “Two Nation Army”. With silky smooth beats and lush piano melodies, it appears as though they might be the most favorable army in the world. After they sent me this track I couldn’t get enough. It starts off with a light and airy piano chord progression, and eventually breaks down into an action-packed electro anthem. Definitely check these dudes out, and be sure to share their music.
