Well, it’s been long enough since I uploaded “Going Hard” so I figured it was time to hit y’all with a new mix. This one features far less dubstep and hard electro, and much more melodic house and feel-good dance music. Obviously, this is perfect for a party or pre-game; you can just hit play and not worry about music for an hour. Further, I worked harder on the actual mixing this time, and it turned out pretty well if I do say so myself. Anyway, I hope you enjoy. Track list is below, and you can download the mix directly from Soundcloud.

Tommy Trash has now officially been elevated to one of my favorites. He is seemingly unstoppable recently, and it seems like a new song from him emerges every week. Nadia Ali is always appreciated as a vocalist, so the bottom line is that you cannot go wrong with this song…
When It Rains (Tommy Trash Remix) – Nadia Ali Download
Steve Aoki took a journey into the realm of dubstep on a few tracks on his recent album, “Wonderland.” Perhaps the most popular rendition of that was his collaboration with Wynter Gordon on “Ladi Dadi,” which resonated with a wide audience, and propelled his worth as a producer in the minds of many. Included in this post are two remixes that will give you fresh insight into the track.
Ladi Dadi (Pixel Cheese Remix) – Far more standard than the original, this house jam uses a traditional melodic build to deliver a crowd-pleasing drop full of energy and purpose. Chopped vocals lead into the bridge, and a reincarnation of Wynter Gordon’s voice in full regalia. Don’t expect the original, this version is simply different. DOWNLOAD
Ladi Dadi (Tommy Trash Remix) – Tommy Trash has huge things lined up for 2012, I have no doubt about that. This jam is a clear indicator. By highlighting the vocal track so perfectly, Mr. Trash creates the perfect opening for his signature, hard bass, grinding drops. This one has the feel of a Wolfgang Gartner electro-house anthem, but with the flavor of Tommy Trash’s lust for mayhem. DOWNLOAD

WOW… that’s all I can say. Tommy Trash is en fuego right now, and he is showing no signs of slowing down. Does this man ever leave the studio?? Regardless, his work ethic and knack for producing fresh and unheard of styles is quite pleasing for fans worldwide. This track is gonna be huge. Check out the preview…
This is the first installment of EHusky’s Podcast; gonna try to have one for you weekly. You can simply play the file on the site, or download it from the EHusky hulkshare account (for which a link is provided). Also, the track listing is below, but if you download the file it should display each track as a new chapter as the podcast plays in your iTunes. Beyond that, enjoy the tunes… It was all put together by me. Oh and also, excuse my commentary; I thought I’d try it out…
The name Tommy Trash seemingly gets bigger and bigger every day, but then again, so do his releases. Ever since Tiesto proclaimed that Mr. Trash would be the next big thing, the jams just keep rolling out. His signature sound reminds me of an electronically-enhanced version of the moaning noise most people make when they wake up. The difference between the two? Tommy Trash adds the element of melody; No one sounds this good when they roll out of bed. Here’s the 411 on three new tracks that will officially put this man in the limelight. Be warned, though, his music is not for the faint of heart…
1.) Sex, Drugs, Rock N Roll (Original Mix) – Tommy Trash – This tune is all-out anarchy and mayhem, just as rock n roll should be. Hard drops and deep basslines combined with demonic vocals repeating “sex, drugs, rock n roll” make this track the new-aged electronic rocker’s anthem.
2.) Cascade (Original Mix) – Tommy Trash – “Cascade” does just that… it permeates your ears with huge chords, and then careens downwards into a heavy, bass-filled rhythm that will leave you breathless and screaming for more.
3.) Antidote (Tommy Trash Remix) – Swedish House Mafia vs Knife Party – After this track tears up the dancefloor, there’ll be no antidote for the destruction left in its wake. The original charm (if you can call it that) that was present in the original mix is left intact, but Tommy Trash throws in his signature sound on top of the dubstep, which creates a beat unlike any you’ve ever heard. This will be BIG… no doubt about it.
This track is yet another that was featured in Thomas Gold’s most recent mix, and it was definitely one of the standout jams within it. It starts out dark and ominous before taking a turn towards the uplifting Swedish House Mafia style. The song builds up until about the 2 minute mark, at which point Tommy Trash hammers it with his signature stomping electro bass. I’m not sure why, but his sound makes me think of coconuts, so EHusky is gonna start to call this ‘coconut bass’. I guess it has that sort of island feel and the hardness of a coconut that falls from a tree and hits straight to your dome. Overall, though, a great, great tune.
Here’s the new release from the guy whom Tiesto claimed would be the next breakout artist. At EHusky, we’re gonna refer to this sort of production as chaotic house step. The cricket-like chirping and bleep bleep sound give this track a really futuristic feel. In a way it epitomizes the image you might conjure up when prompted to envision the distant future. If a dance club for robots ever exists, this will likely be their anthem. It has elements of many other songs, but as a cohesive production it’s unlike anything EHusky has ever come across. Listen and see what you think.
In the interest of time, I’m just gonna tell you that every single one of these remixes is DOPE. Afrojack hits ya with that signature dirty style, Kaskade keeps it melodic yet exciting, and Tommy Trash delivers a brain-scrambling mega anthem. Don’t sleep on this one, folks.
